About the founder
Mosab Abdallah
Former special education teacher and founder of CompliantIEP.
I built CompliantIEP after experiencing the gap between what an IEP team is responsible for and the time educators are given to do the work carefully. The product starts with the document a teacher already has, keeps the educator in control, and makes the source behind compliance-related suggestions visible.
My classroom experience shapes the practical parts of every CompliantIEP guide: what a case manager needs before a meeting, how a measurable goal survives handoff to another teacher, and what documentation makes an IEP implementable rather than merely complete on paper.
CompliantIEP does not replace the IEP team, district procedures, legal counsel, or professional judgment. The application produces drafts for educator review. State and federal requirements are linked to primary sources wherever a guide makes a legal or deadline-related statement.
How the guides are reviewed
Guides prioritize IDEA regulations, state education-agency guidance, and other primary sources. Read the full editorial and correction process before relying on a guide for compliance work.
